Overview

Landcare, a Toronto-based landscaping and property care company, came to us with a clear challenge: their old website wasn’t keeping pace with their reputation for quality service. It was slow, difficult to update, and failed to clearly communicate their full range of offerings. They wanted a modern site that would appeal to both residential and commercial clients, improve search rankings, and make it easy for visitors to request a quote.

Challenges

  • Outdated design that didn’t reflect the company’s professionalism or scale.

We rebuilt Landcare’s website from the ground up, focusing on clarity, performance, and conversion.

SEO-Driven Content Structure

Services were reorganized into clear categories with dedicated, keyword-optimized pages. Each page included long-form content addressing common customer questions.

Performance Optimization

Developed in Webflow, the new site delivers improved load times and stronger Core Web Vitals scores, directly benefiting search visibility.

Conversion-Focused Design

Strategically placed calls-to-action across service pages and blog posts make it easy for visitors to request quotes or consultations.

Inspiration-Focused Project Pages

We introduced “Spaces” pages — such as backyards, patios, and gardens — to present projects in a way that aligns with how customers think about their own homes. This helps visitors find inspiration and see how Landcare’s work could transform their spaces.

Process

  1. Sitemap & Wireframes: Conducted a full audit of the existing website structure to identify content gaps and redundancies. Reorganized the sitemap to clearly present top services, seasonal offerings, and the new Spaces pages. Created detailed wireframes that mapped out content flow and calls-to-action to support both user needs and business goals.
  2. Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborated with the Landcare team to rewrite service descriptions with a customer-first approach, incorporating target keywords for SEO. Developed new FAQs to address common inquiries and structured headlines for maximum readability and search relevance.
  3. Design: Created a complete design system within Figma to ensure visual consistency across all pages. This included a unified set of typography, colours, components, and spacing rules that kept the site cohesive. Modern, clean layouts incorporated Landcare’s brand colours, supported by high-quality photography of completed projects.
  4. Development: Translated the approved designs into a fully responsive Webflow build optimized for speed and maintainability. Configured the CMS to allow Landcare’s team to easily add new projects, services, and blog posts without needing developer assistance.
  5. Testing & Launch: Performed comprehensive testing for performance, accessibility, and SEO. This included checking responsiveness on multiple devices, verifying Core Web Vitals scores, and ensuring all forms, maps, and interactive elements worked flawlessly before going live.

The new Landcare website is fast, visually appealing, and user-friendly, providing a clear path for potential customers to get in touch. Early results include:
